Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly and efficiently identify and establish consulting relationships with professionals and experts best suited to participate in our highest priority client inquiries through different channels of communication.
  • Grow the India/ South East Asia Expert Network by recruiting key opinion leaders on a strategic/tactical mode, using recruiting campaigns, leveraging industry and professional lists, trade and business associations, referrals and other relationships.
  • Interview prospective industry leaders as needed and capture critical data in our extensive profile management systems.

Candidate Profile:

  • The successful candidate should have 0.5 - 2 years of experience in research or knowledge management.
  • Graduate Degree required.
  • Execellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral and written in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.)
  • Good command over English language.
  • Successful track record of working in a team environment.
  • Curious in nature; proactive and self-motivated.

  • Consult with client-facing Research Managers to gauge clients' needs and fulfil time-sensitive research requests for our clients by analyzing client inquiries and identifying and qualifying primary populations
  • Work collaboratively in partnerships to develop knowledge of client needs so as to connect them with the right research professional
  • Develop awareness of broader industry trends/dynamics relevant to expert recruitment and client servicing. Reading relevant publications to stay current on business and marketplace trends and ensuring that information is captured and shared with the practice.

Candidate Profile:

  • The successful candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in research or knowledge management.
  • Post Graduate Degree required.
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.)
  • Good command over English language.
  • Successful track record of working in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Leadership qualities, positive energy, and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious by nature; proactive and self-motivated.

  • Grow the India/ South East Asia Client Network by using strategic/tactical mode, using campaigns, leveraging industry and professional lists, trade and business associations, referrals and other relationships.
  • Meeting the clients regularly and helping them use our network more efficiently and effectively.
  • Consult with client-facing Research Managers to gauge clients' needs and fulfil time-sensitive research requests for our clients by analyzing client inquiries and identifying and qualifying primary populations.
  • Work collaboratively in partnerships to develop knowledge of client needs, research and our highest priority client inquiries.
  • Develop awareness of broader industry trends/dynamics relevant to client recruitment and client servicing.

Candidate Profile:

  • The successful candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in business development and client management.
  • Post Graduate Degree required.
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc.)
  • Good command over English language.
  • Successful track record of team management environment and client development.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
